Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to All

We have one heck of a 2009!

Our little Addyson is almost 4 now. She is such a delight! She loves to be a little girl wear nothing but dresses and have her nails painted. She is getting smarter by the day! I sure enjoy spending the days with her while Ethan is at school.

Ethan is now in 1st grade he is reading like a champ! It amazes me at how smart he really is. I shouldn't say amazes me it scares me really he is just a great kid. He is growing so fast and learning so much I just wish the time would move slower! He loves to play the wii and any game he can think of.

I am working at the hospital in IF as a monitor tech. I work 3 nights a week. It is really nice to be able to get away but boy am I tired all the time. But it is worth that to only have to be away during the night when my children are asleep. I am still doing Photography I have my busy months and my slow months. I have stayed really busy during the holidays so that is really nice. I hope someday I can just do that full time.

Ryan boy o boy has he has a year. My sweet husband was a stay at home Dad for the most part this year. Just as he was getting things lined up to start up his own buisness again (he had several jobs lined up ready to go) he was in a bad accident. That happened in May and he broke his neck in to spots and broke his arm. He was layed up for nearly the entire summer. A neck brace kept him warm durnign to 100 degree weather. The good news about the neck was that he was able to get out of the brace nearly a month early. What a blessing as soon as he got out of the brace we took advantage of the situation. We took a couple of trips to Boise and played our hearts right out. It was alot of fun to celebrate his new freedom. He still hurts and we are told it will take a long time to start to feel better. We take it as is comes. After he broke his neck a realized that being a carpenter full time was not an option and that he needed more time to heal. He decided to return to school and go into the Desiel Program at ISU. We decided that would give him more skills and he would be able to take the time to heal. He has done really well and pulled straight A's for the semester. He did come down with Cellulitis in his leg a couple of weeks ago and has been down and out with IV antibiotics daily. We just got him switched to oral meds today. I hope they stay on top of it and that he is able to heal.

Our biggest news of the year is that we are expecting a baby girl in Feburary around Valentines day. Although we were not expecting her we are sure excited for her to get here. We are so blessed to be able to have her come to us. No name yet but we are working on it!

We know the Lord gives us trials and we know they happen for a reason we have had several trials lately and we know we will be stronger as a family in the end. With those trails have come so many many blessings it is hard to see them sometimes and we do get down but I know that we are loved and that the Lord has a plan for us. This year has strenghtend my testemony of our church so much I have seen the blessings that have been shared with us along with the trials that have brought me closer to the church. I have not been very active for many years and I know that the Lord works in mysterious ways, I have had to rely on the Priesthood that my father has and through his father's blessings I have been able to have the strength that I have needed through the trials that we have faced. I know that we will have blessing beyond compare if we can get through the trials of now.

2010 has to be a better year for us and we are so excited to start it out with the blessing of a new child to come.

We wish all of you a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND AN AWESOME 2010!

Ryan, Lennie, Ethan, Addyson, and Baby Girl Hanson
